Hello traveler! I am J.V. Inkwell. I make all kinds of art and I would love to share my creations with you. From surreal landscapes to the beasts and flora of dreams.
Need something custom? Let’s work together to make something special.
I live in Seattle with my partner and our calico cat, Toki.
When I am not making art I can be found hiking in the woods, playing guitar or ravenously reading. I appreciate a good cup of coffee as much as I enjoy a good cat nap.
Art is how we tell our stories.
J.V. Inkwell also known as Jules Inkwell is an artist living in Washington State. Mostly self taught, their work is often inspired by nature and surrealism as well as witchcraft and gothic romanticism. They live with chronic pain and are queer and autistic, which also influences their art style. Much of Jules Inkwell's illustrated work features alien landscape, emotional expression, flora and fauna found in cascadia. They love to paint the moon and they often use moon water in their painting process. They are a part of the local Seattle music scene, bird lover and plant enthusiast. They are a small business owner where they sell creative stickers and small original art pieces.
